White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies Reviews: 0 - Rate this Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Cup
 Flour - (Add an additional 2 Tbsp.)
1 Tsp.
 Salt
1/2 Tsp.
 Baking Soda
4 Oz.
 Butter or Margarine
6 Tbsp.
 Brown Sugar, packed
6 Tbsp.
 Sugar
1 Tsp.
 Vanilla
1
 Egg
1/2 Cup
 White Chololate
1/2 Cup
 Macadamia Nuts
Recipe Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 375ยบ F
2.  Mix all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
3.  In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.Add vanilla and egg--mix well.
4.  Slowly add dry ingredients to butter/sugar mixture--mix well Add chocolate and nuts.
5.  Spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets (I use cushionaire--no burning)
6.  Bake 8-12 minutes, depending on size of cookies--they should not brown, more of a golden color.
7.  Cool on rack.
