| 2 | Egg Yolks |
| 2 1/2 Cups | Fresh corn kernels |
| 1/2 Cup | Heavy Cream |
| 1/4 Lb. | Smoked Ham, finely chopped |
| 1/4 Lb. | Cheddar or Jarlsberg cheese, shredded |
| 1/2 Tsp. | Sweet Paprika |

Preheat an oven to 375. Butter a 1 1/2 Quart shallow baking dish. |

In a bowl, using a fork, lightly beat together the whole eggs and egg yolks until blended. Briskly stir in the corn and cream until well combined. Stir in the ham, cheese and paprika. |

Pour the corn mixture into the prepared dish. Bake until puffy and lightly golden, 25-35 minutes. Scoop onto warmed individual plates and serve at once. |
