Corn-and-Egg Pudding with Ham and Cheese Reviews: 0 - Rate this Recipe
Ingredients:

 Eggs (whole)
2
 Egg Yolks
2 1/2 Cups
 Fresh corn kernels
1/2 Cup
 Heavy Cream
1/4 Lb.
 Smoked Ham, finely chopped
1/4 Lb.
 Cheddar or Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
1/2 Tsp.
 Sweet Paprika
Recipe Directions:
1.  Preheat an oven to 375. Butter a 1 1/2 Quart shallow baking dish.
2.  In a bowl, using a fork, lightly beat together the whole eggs and egg yolks until blended. Briskly stir in the corn and cream until well combined. Stir in the ham, cheese and paprika.
3.  Pour the corn mixture into the prepared dish. Bake until puffy and lightly golden, 25-35 minutes. Scoop onto warmed individual plates and serve at once.
