Preheat oven to 350 F,halve the strawberrys. Melt3/4 oz of butter in a small sauce pan and lightly toss the strawberries in the pan for twenty seconds . Remove the strawberries the pan . Melt another 3/4oz of butter in the pan . Mix the egg yolks with |

Cook the lasagne sheets, two at a time in plenty of boiling water for 3 minutes or untill al dente. Transfer to a bowl of cold water and leave for one minute before placing on a clean towel to dry. |

Divide the strawberry mixture and the almonds among the pasta sheets. leaving a 1 and 1/4 inch border all around fold in the long edges first then carefully fold up the end closest to you and roll. as the mixture begins to ooze,bring the top end over and |

Dot the top with remaining butter and sprinkle with extra almonds and 2 tsps of powder sugar or icing sugar |

Bake for 15 minutes then place under a broiler untill lightly browned |
