Ingredients:
3/4 Cup
 Buttermilk
1/2 Cup
 Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
1/2
 Banana, peeled and cut into chunks
3
 Strawberries, hulled
2 Tsp.
 Honey
2
 Ice Cubes
Recipe Directions:
1.  Pour the buttermilk, yogurt, banana, berries and honey into a blender.Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
2.  With motor running, add the ice cubes, one at a time, and continue blending until smooth and frothy. Pour into 1 or 2 chilled glasses. Serve at once.
