| 1 1/2 Cups | All-Purpose Flour |
| 1/4 Cup | Oat Bran |
| 1/4 Cup | Rice Bran |
| 1/4 Cup | Wheat Bran |
| 1 Tbsp. | Baking Powder |
| 2 Tsp. | Grated Orange Zest |
| 1/4 Tsp. | Salt |
| 1 Cup | Low-fat Milk |
| 1/2 Cup | Honey |
| 1/4 Cup | Vegetable Oil |
| 1 | Egg, lightly beaten |
| 1/2 Cup | Golden Raisins |

Preheat oven to 400. Butter a 12 cup muffin pan. |

In a bowl, stir together the flour, brans, baking powder, orange zest and salt. Add milk, honey, vegetable oil and egg and stir just until the batter is evenly moistened but still slightly lumpy. Add the raisins and fold in gently. |

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin-cups, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake until the muffins are well risen, golden brown and a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of one comes out clean, 18-20 minutes. |

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then remove from the pan. Serve warm. |
