| 2 Tbsp. | Dried Onion Soup Mix |
| 1/3 Cup | Sour Cream |
| 5 | Slices of Process or American Cheese |

Bake Potatoes on high power in microwave oven about 16 minutes or bake in conventional oven until soft. |

Mix together tuna, sour cream, and dry soup mix. |
|

Slices pototoes lengthwise in quarters, cutting halfway through them so they remain in one piece. Top each potato with tuna mixture then slice of cheese. |

Microwave or broil until melted. |
