Hot Beef Sandwiches with au Jus Reviews: 1 - Rate / Read
Ingredients:
4 - 5 Lb.
 Beef Rump Roast
1 Oz.
 Dry Onion Soup Mix
2 Tsp.
 Sugar
1 Tsp.
 Dried Oregano Leaves
2 Cans
 Condensed Beef Broth (10 1/2 oz each)
12 Oz.
 Can Beer

 Cloves of Garlic, minced

 Onion Buns
Recipe Directions:
1.  Place beef roast in 3 1/2 to 4 quart Crockpot. In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. Pour over roast. Cover; cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
2.  Slice or shred beef. Serve in buns. If desired, skim fat from juices. Serve sandwiches with individual portions of meat juices for dipping.
