| 1 Oz. | Dry Onion Soup Mix |
| 2 Tsp. | Sugar |
| 1 Tsp. | Dried Oregano Leaves |
| 2 Cans | Condensed Beef Broth (10 1/2 oz each) |
| 12 Oz. | Can Beer |
| 2 | Cloves of Garlic, minced |
| 16 | Onion Buns |

Place beef roast in 3 1/2 to 4 quart Crockpot. In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. Pour over roast. Cover; cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. |

Slice or shred beef. Serve in buns. If desired, skim fat from juices. Serve sandwiches with individual portions of meat juices for dipping. |
