	Cheddar-Sausage Rolls	Reviews: 0 - Rate this Recipe

Ingredients:

	1 Cup	Shredded Cheddar Cheese
	3 Tbsp.	Sour Cream
	6 Slices	Summer Sausage, 4 1/2 inch dia.

Recipe Directions:

1.	Combine cheese and sour cream in a small bowl.


2.	Remove casings from sausage. Spread a scant 2 tablespoons cheese mixture on each slice of sausage. Place on slice of sausage on top of another, overlaping one half of the way. Roll sausage firmly and wrap. Repeat twice to form 3 rolls. Chill.


3.	To serve, cut into 1/2 inch slices.
