Ingredients:

 Eggs
1/4 Tsp.
 Salt
1 Tbsp.
 Water
1/3 Cup
 Flour
Recipe Directions:
1.  Combine all ingredients and stir until smooth.
2.  Hold spoonfulls of batter about 12 inches from boiling soup; pour slowly from end of spoon. Let boil 2 to 3 minutes, until egg drops float.
3.  String Dumplings: Prepare Egg Drops batter. Pour almost continuously from a cup or spoon into boiling soup to form long 'strings'. Break apart after cooking.
