Pierogi Filling ( Sauerkraut ) Reviews: 0 - Rate this Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup
 Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp.
 Butter or margarine
1 1/2 Cups
 Finely chopped Sauerkraut
2 Tbsp.
 Sour Cream
Recipe Directions:
1.  Stir-fry onion in butter in a saucepan for 3 minutes.
2.  Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Add to onion and cook 2 minutes.
3.  Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream.
