Ingredients:
1/3 Cup
 Sifted Flour
1/8 Tsp.
 Salt
2
 Eggs (separated)
1/2 Cup
 Sifted Confectioners' Suger
1/2 Tsp.
 Vanilla
Recipe Directions:
1.  Sift flour and salt together.
2.  Combine egg yolks and sugar; beat until thick and lemon-colored.
3.  Fold in the dry ingredients.
4.  Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter with the vanilla.
5.  Put batter into pastry bag filled with plain tube.
6.  Force through tube onto baking sheet covered with heavy paper.
7.  Sprinkle lightly with confectioners' sugar.
8.  Bake at 325F, 12 to 18 minutes.
9.  Remove to cooling racks at once. Fore double ladyfingers, immediately brush bottoms of baked fingers with slightly beated egg white and press together in pairs.
