Ingredients:
1 Cup
 Sifted Cake Flour
1/4 Tsp.
 Salt
1 Tsp.
 Grated Lemon rind
1 1/2 Tbsp.
 Lemon Juice
1 Cup
 Sugar
5
 Eggs, separated
Recipe Directions:
1.  Sift flour and salt together 4 times.
2.  Add lemon rind and juice to beaten egg yolks and beat until very thick.
3.  Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; fold in sugar in small amounts. Fold in the egg yolks.
4.  Sift 1/4 of the flour at a time over surface and fold in.
5.  Bake in ungreased 9x9 inch tube ban in 350F oven 55 to 60 minues.
6.  Invert pan and let cake hang in pan until cold.
