| 1 1/2 Cups | Crushed Oreo's (about 18) |
| 1/4 Cup | Butter or Margarine, melted |
| 24 Oz. | Cream Cheese |
| 1 Can | Condensed Milk |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 2 Tsp. | Vanilla |
| 1 Cup | Mini Chocolate Chips (divided) |
| 1 Tsp. | Flour |

Heat oven to 300 degrees.Mix crumbs and butter and pat into a 9-inch springform cake pan.In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.Add Eagle Brand milk;beat until smooth.Add eggs and vanilla;mix well. |

In small bowl, toss 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat, stir into cheese mixture.Pour into prepared pan.Sprinkle rest of chips over top.Bake one hour or until cake springs back. Cool to room temperature.Chill. |
