| 1 Cup | Graham Cracker Crumbs |
| 3 Tbsp. | Sugar |
| 3 Tbsp. | Butter, melted |
| 24 Oz. | Cream Cheese, softened |
| 1 1/4 Cup | Dark Brown Sugar |
| 2 Tbsp. | Flour |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 1 1/2 Tsp. | Vanilla |
| 1/2 Cup | Pecans, finely chopped |
| 1/4 Cup | Maple Syrup |

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter.Press mixture or prepared pie dough shell in bottom of af 9-inch springform pan.Or Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.Set aside to cool. |

Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour.Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in vanilla and chopped pecans.Pour into crust, and bake at 350 F for 50 to 55 minutes. |

Cool before removing from pan. Chill.Brush with maple syrup.Garnish with pecan halves. |
