| 1 Lb. | Grated Longhorn Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 | Small Diced Onion |
| 1/2 Lb. | Velveeta Cheese |
| 1 Can | Tomatoes with Chilies |
| 1 Can | Cream of Chicken Soup (undiluted) |
| 1 | Small Bag of Dorritos chips |
| 1 Can | Chicken Broth |

Mix soup, cheddar cheese and onion in bowl. Dice velveeta and melt in saucepan with tomatoes with chilies. |

In a large casserole dish, layer dorritos, chicken and cheddar cheese mixture. Pour melted velveeta mixture over the top. Add one cup chicken broth. |

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. This recipe also freezes well. |
