Ingredients:
6 Cups
 Fresh pears, cut into eights
1/2 Cup
 Brandy or water
3/4 Cup
 Sugar
1/2 Tsp.
 Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp.
 Cinnamon
2 Tbsp.
 Butter
1 Cup
 Flour
1 Cup
 Sugar
1/4 Cup
 Melted Butter
1/2 Tsp.
 Vanilla Extract
Recipe Directions:
1.  Filling: Add pears, brandy, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and butter in a pot and bring to a boil.
2.  Place ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 ounces of water to thicken.
3.  Place filling in a pre-baked 10 inch pie crust. Add streusel topping. Place in oven 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
