| 6 Cups | Fresh pears, cut into eights |
| 1/2 Cup | Brandy or water |
| 3/4 Cup | Sugar |
| 1/2 Tsp. | Nutmeg |
| 1/2 Tsp. | Cinnamon |
| 2 Tbsp. | Butter |
| 1 Cup | Flour |
| 1 Cup | Sugar |
| 1/4 Cup | Melted Butter |
| 1/2 Tsp. | Vanilla Extract |

Filling: Add pears, brandy, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and butter in a pot and bring to a boil. |

Place ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 ounces of water to thicken. |

Place filling in a pre-baked 10 inch pie crust. Add streusel topping. Place in oven 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. |
