| 2 Tbsp. | Flour |
| 3/4 Cup | Brown Sugar |
| 1/2 Tsp. | Nutmeg |
| 1 - 2 Tsp. | Cinnamon |
| 5 Cups | Apples, Sliced or shredded |
| 1 Cup | Half and Half Cream |
| 1/4 Cup | Pecans (optional) |

Heat oven to 450 degrees. |

Mix flour, brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon together. Stir in prepared apples. |

Mix in cream and combine well. Arrange apples in uncooked pie crust. |

Sprinkle with pecans if desired (There is no top crust). |

Bake at 450 degrees for 10- minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes more. If it is getting too brown, place piece of foil lightly over pie. |

One more hint: Serve with vanilla ice cream! |
