Ingredients:
1/8 Cup
 Firmly packed Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp.
 All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp.
 Cinnamon
1 Tbsp.
 Butter, melted
1 Pkg.
 Refigerated Biscuits, Large ( 10.8 oz. )
4 Oz.
 Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese

 Large Granny Smith Apples, peeled/cored/chopped
Recipe Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.  In a small bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon and melted butter. Stir well and set aside. (The mixture will resemble a moist paste.)
3.  Place the biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet and press out to form circles about 3 inches in diameter. Sprinkle the cheese over the biscuit dough. Sprinkle the apples over the cheese. Then, using your fingers, scatter the butter mixture on each biscuit.
4.  Bake for 15 minutes.
5.  NOTE: Any tart apple and large refrigerated biscuit will do. Because you are pressing the biscuit dough into the pan, to slightly enlarge, you do need to lightly grease the pan.
