| 1/8 Cup | Firmly packed Brown Sugar |
| 2 Tbsp. | All-Purpose Flour |
| 1/2 Tsp. | Cinnamon |
| 1 Tbsp. | Butter, melted |
| 1 Pkg. | Refigerated Biscuits, Large ( 10.8 oz. ) |
| 4 Oz. | Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese |
| 2 | Large Granny Smith Apples, peeled/cored/chopped |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |

In a small bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon and melted butter. Stir well and set aside. (The mixture will resemble a moist paste.) |

Place the biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet and press out to form circles about 3 inches in diameter. Sprinkle the cheese over the biscuit dough. Sprinkle the apples over the cheese. Then, using your fingers, scatter the butter mixture on each biscuit. |

NOTE: Any tart apple and large refrigerated biscuit will do. Because you are pressing the biscuit dough into the pan, to slightly enlarge, you do need to lightly grease the pan. |
