Ingredients:
4 Cups
 Peeled, thinly sliced tart Apples
2 Tbsp.
 Sugar
2 Tbsp.
 Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup
 Butter
8 Oz.
 Cream Cheese, softened
1 1/2 Cups
 Cold Milk, divided
1 Pkg.
 Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Tsp.
 Grated Lemon Zest
1
 9 Inch Pre-baked pie shell
1 Cup
 Melted Apple Jelly
Recipe Directions:
1.  Cook apples, lemon juice, & sugar until apples are tender. Beat cream cheese until smooth adding 1 cup milk, pudding, and lemon zest. Add remaining milk and beat until thickened.
2.  Spread into pie shell and top with cooked apples Brush with melted jelly & refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
