| 4 Cups | Peeled, thinly sliced tart Apples |
| 2 Tbsp. | Sugar |
| 2 Tbsp. | Lemon Juice |
| 1/4 Cup | Butter |
| 8 Oz. | Cream Cheese, softened |
| 1 1/2 Cups | Cold Milk, divided |
| 1 Pkg. | Instant Vanilla Pudding |
| 1 Tsp. | Grated Lemon Zest |
| 1 | 9 Inch Pre-baked pie shell |
| 1 Cup | Melted Apple Jelly |

Cook apples, lemon juice, & sugar until apples are tender. Beat cream cheese until smooth adding 1 cup milk, pudding, and lemon zest. Add remaining milk and beat until thickened. |

Spread into pie shell and top with cooked apples Brush with melted jelly & refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. |
