| 1 | Cantaloupe |
| 1 Pkg. | Unflavored Gelatin |
| 1/4 Cup | Water |
| 1/4 Cup | Sugar |
| 1/4 Tsp. | Salt |
| 1 Tbsp. | Orange Peel, grated |
| 1/4 Cup | Fresh Orange Juice |
| 1 Cup | Sour Cream |

Peel and quarter cantaloupe; discard seeds. |

Cut one quarter into narrow wedges; wrap and refrigerate for garnish. |

Whir remaining cantaloupe in electric blender until smooth. |

Sprinkle gelatin over water; stir over low heat until dissolved. |

Combine gelatin, sugar, salt, orange peel and juice with pureed cantaloupe; blend in sour cream with wire whip. |

Chill until mixture begins to thicken. |

Pour into stemmed dessert dishes, individual molds or a 3-cup mold; chill until set. |

Unmold if necessary. Garnish with cantaloupe wedges and mint sprigs. |
