Ingredients:
1 Can
 Pumpkin
2 Cup
 Flour
4 Tbsp.
 Sugar
4 Tsp.
 Baking Powder
2 Cup
 Milk
2
 Eggs
2 Tsp.
 Cinnamon
1 Cup
 Sour Cream
16 Oz.
 Cream Cheese, softened
Recipe Directions:
1.  In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cream cheese. Cook small pancakes on a heated griddle until edges are brown and bubbles rise to the surface; turn and bake until golden.
2.  The pancakes will be very light. While warm, spread with cream cheese and roll like a crepe. Serve with warm Praline Sauce (see recipe).
