Ingredients:
1 Cup
 Flour
1/4 Tsp.
 Salt
1 1/2 Tsp.
 Baking Powder
1 Tbsp.
 Butter, melted, cooled
1/2 Cup
 Milk
1
 Egg, beaten
1/2 Tsp.
 Vanilla
1 3/4 Cup
 Applesauce
Recipe Directions:
1.  Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Combine butter, milk and egg. Stir into flour. Add vanilla and applesauce. Beat well. Spoon batter into a hot, greased griddle, allowing enough batter to make 4-inch cakes.
2.  When edges are lightly browned, turn and cook on other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
