| 2 Cup | Biscuts Mix |
| 1 Cup | Buttermilk |
| 1 Cup | Mashed Banana |
| 2 | Large Eggs |
| 1/2 Tsp. | Ground Cinnamon |
| 3 Tbsp. | Butter |
| 3/4 Cup | Maple Syrup |
| 1/4 Cup | Peanut Butter |
| 1 | Strawberry Syrup (optional) |

Wisk together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, just until the dry ingredients are moistened.Melt 1 tablespoon butter on hot griddle and pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake into griddle. |

Cook pancakes until tops are all covered with bubbles and the edges look done. Turn and cook on other side of pancake. Repeat with remaining butter and batter. |

Wisk together the maple syrup and peanut butter until smooth. Serve pancakes with peanut butter mixture and strawberry syrup. |
