| 1 Can | Mixed Vegetables, drained |
| 1 Pkg. | Bonless, skinless chicken strips |
| 1 | Salt, Pepper, Garlic to taste |

Steam chicken in pan with small amount of water until done through. Drain water from pan. |

Mix milk, veg-all, spices and soup in a
bowl. Pour over chicken. Heat on medium low til mixture is hot. This can be served over rice, noodles etc.. |
