| 1 Cup | Low-Salt Chicken Broth |
| 1 | Medium Jalepeno, seeded and chopped |
| 1 | Medium Clove Garlic, crushed |
| 1/4 Cup | Fresh Cilantro, chopped |

Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Saute rice 2 minutes. Add broth, jalapeno pepper and garlic. Cover; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat. |

Stir in cilantro and salt and pepper to taste. Sppon onto plate with chicken and serve. |
