| 1 cup | Butter |
| 2 cups | Sugar |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1/4 cup | Coco |
| 3/4 tsp | salt |
| 1 1/2 cup | Flour |
| 1 tsp. | Vanilla |
| 1 1/2 cup | Chopped nuts |
| 1 1/2 cup | Coconut |
| 9 oz | Miniature Marshmallows |

Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla, nuts, and coconut. |

Pour batter into greased and floured
9X13 inch pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350F. Remove from oven. While hot spread on marshmallows untill they melt. After marshmallows melt Frost with chocolate frosting. |
