| 1 Cup | Reduced-Fat Vanilla Wafer Crumbs |
| 1/4 Cup | Powdered Sugar |
| 3 Tbsp. | Unsweetended Cocoa Powder |
| 2 Tbsp. | Butter, melted |
| 2 Tbsp. | Coffee Liqueur or Strong Brewed Coffee |
| 12 Oz. | Semisweet Chocolate Chips |
| 24 Oz. | Light Cream Cheese |
| 14 Oz. | Fat-Free Sweetned Condensed Milk |
| 2 | Large Eggs |
| 1/2 Cup | Egg Substitute |
| 2 Tsp. | Vanilla |

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Coat the bottom and sides of a 9-inch Springform pan with cooking spray. |

In a large bowl, mix together wafer crumbs, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Drizzle melted butter and liqueur over the top; beat until blended. Press ingredients into bottom of pan. |

Microwave chocolate chips on high power until chocolate is melted and smooth, about 2 to 4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. |

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Mix in melted chocolate, eggs, egg substitute and vanilla. Beat just until well blended. Pour into crust. |

Bake 55 to 60 minutes. Cheesecake will seem underbaked in the center, but will continue to firm up after you remove it from the oven. Let cool, then refrigerate until ready to serve. |
