Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Place morsels in heavy duty plastic bag. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 30 seconds; knead. Microwave at 10 second intervals, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle chocolate over cookie base.

Chill for a few minute to firm chocolate chips before cutting into bars.
