| 2 Tbsp. | Carnation evaporated milk |
| 1 Pkg. | NESTLE Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough |
| 1 Cup | Walnuts, chopped ( divided ) |

Melt caramels with milk in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Set aside. |

Press three quarters of the cookie dough into bottom of greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. |

Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts over cookie crust; drizzle caramel mixture over nuts with spoon. Top with teaspoons of remaining cookie dough; press gently into caramel mixture. |

Sprinkle with remaining nuts; bake for 14 to 18 minutes or untiledge is set. Cool in pan on wire rack; cut into bars. |
