Ingredients:
4 oz.
 Chopped bacon
1
 Onion (minced)
1 pound
 Lean ground Beef
2-3 tsp
 Chili Powder
1 tsp
 Salt
2 cup's
 Peeled fresh or canned tomatoes
1/3 cup
 Chopped black olives
1 cup
 Corn
1/2 cup
 Sour Cream
1 cup
 Shredded Montery Jack Cheese
1 cup
 Chicken stock
1 1/2 cup
 Corn meal
6 tsp
 margarine or shortening
1/2 tsp
 baking powder
1/4 cup
 Milk
Recipe Directions:
1.  Preheat the oven to 375F. Cook bacon untill crisp, pour off excess fat add onion and cook untill softened, about 5 minutes. Add the beef, chili power, and salt and cook for five minutes,stiring to break up meat. Stir in the tomatoesand cook 5 minutes more
2.  Add the olives, corn and sour cream, and mix well. Transfer to a 15inch rectangular or oval baking dish and set aside.
3.  For the crust, bring the stock to a boil in a saucepan; season it with a little salt and pepper.
4.  In a food processor, combine the corn meal or Mesa harina(if you can find) margarineor shortening,baking powder and milk. Process untill combined.
5.  With machine on , gradullay pour hot stock untill smooth thick batter is obtained. Pour batter over top of the beef mixture and spread evenly.
6.  Bake untill top is just browned, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle Cheese over surface and continue baking untill melted and bubbling. 10-15 minutes more. Serve Immediately.
