 Egg Whites
1/4 Tsp.
 Cream of Tartar
1/2 Cup
 Splenda
2 Tsp.
 Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp.
 Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp.
 Almond Extract
Recipe Directions:
1.  In a medium bowl, combine egg whites with cream of tartar and salt; beat until soft peaks form. Fold in cinnamon, vanilla and almond extracts Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes.
