| 1 Stick | Butter |
| 1/2 Cup | chopped onion |
| 2 | garlic cloves - minced |
| 1 Tsp. | salt |
| 1 Tsp. | curry powder |
| 1/2 Cup | honey |
| 1/4 Cup | dijon mustard |
| 2 Tbsp. | chutney - peach or mango |
| 1/4 Cup | dried currants |
| 2 Lb. | chicken pieces |

melt butter over med heat in saucepan, Add in onion, garlic, salt & curry powder. Stir and cook until onion is softened. |

Add honey, mustard, chutney and currants to mixture in saucepan and cook over low heat for a minute. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. |

Dip chicken pieces in the sauce mixture and place in a shallow baking pan or sheet and roast in oven for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Serve over rice. |
