Ingredients:
1 Stick
 Butter
1/2 Cup
 chopped onion
2
 garlic cloves - minced
1 Tsp.
 salt
1 Tsp.
 curry powder
1/2 Cup
 honey
1/4 Cup
 dijon mustard
2 Tbsp.
 chutney - peach or mango
1/4 Cup
 dried currants
2 Lb.
 chicken pieces
Recipe Directions:
1.  melt butter over med heat in saucepan, Add in onion, garlic, salt & curry powder. Stir and cook until onion is softened.
2.  Add honey, mustard, chutney and currants to mixture in saucepan and cook over low heat for a minute. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
3.  Dip chicken pieces in the sauce mixture and place in a shallow baking pan or sheet and roast in oven for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Serve over rice.
