| 1 Can | cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | beef bouillon cube crushed |
| 1/2 Tsp. | dry sherry |

Wash and dry chicken pieces and place into a 9 x 12 casserole dish. |

Mix the bouillon, sherry and mushroom soup and pour over chicken. |

Cover and bake at 375* for 60 min. remove cover for last 10 minutes to let brown. Serve over rice. |
