Ingredients:
2 Lb.
 Chicken Pieces
1 Can
 cream of mushroom soup
1
 beef bouillon cube crushed
1/2 Tsp.
 dry sherry
Recipe Directions:
1.  Wash and dry chicken pieces and place into a 9 x 12 casserole dish.
2.  Mix the bouillon, sherry and mushroom soup and pour over chicken.
3.  Cover and bake at 375* for 60 min. remove cover for last 10 minutes to let brown. Serve over rice.
