Ingredients:
3 cups
 Mshed sweet potatoes (2 pounds of potatoes)
1/2 cup
 Granulated sugar
2 large
 Eggs (lightly beaten)
1/2 cup
 Milk
1/2 stick
 Butter
1/2 tsp
 Salt
1/2 tsp
 Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup
 Packed Light Brown Sugar
1/2 cup
 Chopped Walnuts , or pecans
1/3 cup
 All-Purpose Flour
1/3 cup
 Butter
Recipe Directions:
1.  Preheat the oven to 350f. Grease a shallow 2 quart casserole.
2.  In a medium bowl, stir together the potatoes,sugar,eggs,milk,butter,salt and vanilla and scrape the mixture into the prepared casserole.
3.  Make the topping: In a small bowl stir together the brown sugar,nuts,and flour. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Dot with the butter. Place the casserole on a baking sheet.
4.  Bake,uncovered, in the oven at 350F. until heated through and lightly browned, 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
