A little different twist on chicken wings. Sweet and spicy rather than hot!

| 6 Oz. | Pineapple concentrate* |
| 1/2 Cup | Chili Sauce |
| 1/2 Tsp. | Chili Powder |
| 1/8 Tsp. | Cayenne Pepper |
| 1 Lb. | Chicken Wings |
| 1 1/2 Tsp. | Cinnamon |
| 1/2 Tsp. | Onion Salt |

Mix sauce ingredients together in large bowl. |

Cut wings apart. Throw out tips or save for stock. |

Marinate wings 12-24 hours. |

Broil on low 5-10 minutes per side (grill preferred, broiler ok.) |
