Ingredients:
3 Oz.
 Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup
 Margarine
1 Cup
 Flour, sifted
1
 Egg, well beaten
3/4 Cup
 Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp.
 Margarine
1 Tsp.
 Vanilla
2/3 Cup
 Pecans, coarsely broken
Recipe Directions:
1.  For the dough:Allow cream cheese and 1/2 cup Margarine to soften to room temp.Blend.Stir in the flour.Roll in wax paper and chill overnight.
2.  Shape dough into 24, 1 inch balls.Spray muffin pan with Pam.Place 1 ball in each muffin slot of pan.Press the dough into the bottom and sides to make a shallow cup.
3.  For the filling:Beat the egg, brown sugar, 1 Tbsp Margarine, vanilla, and salt together until smooth.Add the pecans.
4.  Spoon filling into the dough cup.
5.  Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until filling is set.
6.  Cool completely before removing from pan.
