Ingredients:
8 Cup
 Mashed Potatoes
1 Cup
 Sour Cream
1 Cup
 Shredded Cheddar Cheese
6
 Slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 Cup
 Sliced Green Onion
Recipe Directions:
1.  Spread potatoes in greased shallow casserole dish. Top with sour cream, cheese, bacon and onions. (Casserole may be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours, if desired).
2.  Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes, or until hot.
