| 1 1/2 Cup | Oil |
| 2 Tsp. | Vanilla |
| 2 Cup | Sugar |
| 3 Cup | Flour |
| 1 Tsp. | Baking Soda |
| 1 Tsp. | Salt |
| 1 Tsp. | Nutmeg |
| 1 Tsp. | Cinnamon |
| 3 Cup | Jonathon Apples, peeled and chopped |
| 1 Cup | Nuts |
| 1 Cup | Coconut |
| 1/3 Cup | Butter or Margarine |
| 1 Cup | Brown Sugar |
| 1/4 Cup | Vanilla |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs well. Beat in oil, vanilla, and sugar with the egg. In a separate bowl sift together 2 ¾ cups flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add flour mixture to egg mixture. |

Toss together the remaining ¼ cup flour, apples, nuts, and coconut. Fold this into the batter. Pour batter in a bundt cake pan that has been greased and floured. (You may use sugar instead of flour.) Bake in preheated oven 60-70 minutes, until tester comes out clean. |

In a small saucepan, mix together brown sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla. Boil about 2 minutes. Five minutes after removing the cake from the oven, pour hot topping over the cake and let it stand before removing the pan. You can save 1/3 to ½ of the glaze to pour over the cake after you have removed it from the pan. |
