1 1/2 Cup
 Oil
2 Tsp.
 Vanilla
2 Cup
 Sugar
3 Cup
 Flour
1 Tsp.
 Baking Soda
1 Tsp.
 Salt
1 Tsp.
 Nutmeg
1 Tsp.
 Cinnamon
3 Cup
 Jonathon Apples, peeled and chopped
1 Cup
 Nuts
1 Cup
 Coconut
1/3 Cup
 Butter or Margarine
1 Cup
 Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup
 Vanilla
Recipe Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs well. Beat in oil, vanilla, and sugar with the egg. In a separate bowl sift together 2 ¾ cups flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add flour mixture to egg mixture.
2.  Toss together the remaining ¼ cup flour, apples, nuts, and coconut. Fold this into the batter. Pour batter in a bundt cake pan that has been greased and floured. (You may use sugar instead of flour.) Bake in preheated oven 60-70 minutes, until tester comes out clean.
3.  In a small saucepan, mix together brown sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla. Boil about 2 minutes. Five minutes after removing the cake from the oven, pour hot topping over the cake and let it stand before removing the pan. You can save 1/3 to ½ of the glaze to pour over the cake after you have removed it from the pan.
