This recipe is very similar to the cookies found at Mrs. Fields.

| 2 Stick | Butter, softened |
| 1 1/2 Cup | Light Brown Sugar |
| 1/4 Cup | Granulated Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 2 Tsp. | Vanilla Extract |
| 2 3/4 Cup | All-Purpose Flour |
| 1 Cup | Rolled Oats |
| 1 Tsp. | Baking Powder |
| 1 Tsp. | Baking Soda |
| 3/4 Tsp. | Salt |
| 1/4 Tsp. | Ground Cinnamon |
| 1 1/2 Cup | Chopped Dried Cranberries |
| 1 Cup | Walnuts, chopped |
| 3/4 Cup | White Chocolate Chips |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. |

In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla with an electric mixer on high speed. |

In another bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. |

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until blended. Stir in cranberries, walnuts and the white chocolate chips. |

Spoon 1/4 cup portions 2 inches apart onto a non-stick surface (parchment paper, silpat, or release foil) on baking sheet. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until edges of cookies are just beginning to brown.Cookies will still be soft in the center ( but will continue to bake when removed from oven ). |

Allow cookies to sit for at least 15 minutes before serving. |
