| 1 Stick | Butter, softened |
| 2 Cup | Chocolate Chips |
| 1/3 Cup | Creamy Peanut Butter |
| 9 Cup | Rice Chex cereal |
| 4 Cup | Powdered Sugar |

Melt the first 3 ingredients together. |

Place rice chex in a large mixing bowl. Pour melted ingredients over cereal and mix well. |

Place powdered sugar in large paper bag. Pour cereal mixture into paper bag and shake well. |

Let cool for 30 minutes before storing or serving. |

* Butterscotch Chips may be substitued for Chocolate Chips. |
