Ingredients:
3 tsp.
 Butter (melted)
1oz
 unsweetened dark chocolate (melted)
1/3 cup
 sugar
1
 egg seperated
1/2 cup
 flour
1 tsp
 baking power
1/4 tsp
 salt
1/3 cup
 milk
2 tsp
 chopped walnuts
2-3 scoops
 Vanilla ice- cream
1/3 cup
 brown sugar
1/3 cup
 heavy cream
4 tsps
 butter
Recipe Directions:
1.  Carmel sauce: Combine the 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup heavy cream,and 4 tsp of butter in a small sauce pan. Stir over low heat untill sugar dissolves. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
2.  Waffles: Combine the melted butter and chocolate and stir vigorously untill well combined. Add the sugar and egg yolk and beat well.
3.  Sift together the dry ingredients and add the chocolate mixture alternately with the milk. Beat the egg white untill stiff. Fold in the chocolate mixture.
4.  Heat a waffle iron and cook the mixture according to manufacture instructions. It's best to oil the iron for this mixture it tends to stick. Serve immediately with the carmel sauce and ice cream
