| 2 Tbsp. | Sour Cream |
| 1 Cup | Margarine |
| 4 | Eggs - well beaten |
| 2 1/2 Cups | Flour |
| 2 Tbsp. | Baking Soda |
| 1 Tsp. | Salt |

Mix Sugar, Bananas, Sour Cream, Margarine and Eggs very well.

Then add the dry ingredients to the mixture. |

Mix well and pour into two 1 lb. loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for
45-50 minutes. |
