Cornbread Pudding Reviews: 0 - Rate this Recipe
This is a recipe that my Aunt Evelyn first made for our family.
Ingredients:
1 Container
 Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (8.5 oz)
1 Can
 Whole Kernel Corn with water
1 Can
 Cream Corn
1 Cup
 Sour Cream
1 Stick
 Butter/Margarine, melted
Recipe Directions:
1.  Mix all ingredients in large bowl until blended. Pour in 2 quart baking dish.
2.  Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
