Ingredients:
1 Lb.
 Ground Beef
12
 Cubes of Cheese (3/4 inch)
1 Cup
 Rice
1 Can
 Tomato Soup
-
 Tomato Juice
Recipe Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350.
2.  Combine ground beef with seasonings (garlic, herbs, chopped onion, salt, pepper...) to taste; form 12 balls.
3.  In the centre of each ball, insert a cube of cheese. Roll the balls in the rice.
4.  Place the balls in a baking pan, add the rest of the rice and tomato soup. Bake covered for 45 minutes; add some tomato juice if necessary.
