| 1 Cup | Rice |
| 1 Can | Tomato Soup |
| - | Tomato Juice |

Combine ground beef with seasonings (garlic, herbs, chopped onion, salt, pepper...) to taste; form 12 balls. |

In the centre of each ball, insert a cube of cheese. Roll the balls in the rice. |

Place the balls in a baking pan, add the rest of the rice and tomato soup. Bake covered for 45 minutes; add some tomato juice if necessary. |
